Debbie and I recently drove to Barrington, RI to visit our grandkids (and of course their parents). We got an early start which meant the morning sun was beaming through the windshield for several hours. Before we left I took a few minutes to clean the inside of the windshield to remove any film build up that could cloud my vision. What a difference! Then I thought, "What was I waiting for?" I didn't need to go on a long trip before cleaning the windshield - it should be clean all the time. The National Safety Council calculates that the majority of accidents occur within 25 miles of home. Keeping the windshield clean will lower the odds of any of us becoming one of those statistics. Now when I hear the Oldies Station play, "I Can See Clearly Now," I really can!
